The birds I view: a groupshow in honor of the developing art-landscape in my suroundings during the year 2022. Curated by me.
At the center of the room, A bird hide. From this position one was able to see all the birds, analogy for artworks, present in the space. Thanks to a mirror mounted on the wall.
twi twi twi, chiep...chiep...tututu twi.
I send out a mating call to those who had influenced me in some way and this call lured some fine specimen of birds. After logging all these birds in a booklet ( ‘mating call’ ) I carefully selected those i’d like to put in my enclosure.
In this very ephemeral exhibition I introduced my first ‘balloon’ sound piece.
